Data Recovery Centre

In the event of a hard drive crash, recovering lost data can be a time consuming and therefore expensive task. But for our customers this is not the case, our data recovery centre allows for us to work on many separate issues at the same time keeping our cost low for you. We don’t charge by the gigabyte like some companies, just our standard hourly rate and possibly the cost of a new hard disk should you choose to go down that route. That’s less than £100 even for a terabyte drive!

We know that data loss always occurs at the most inconvenient times, so for this reason we have an emergency service in place at no extra cost during office hours. If your hard disk has failed and you have urgent documents that you can’t access call us on 07525 060595 and we can recover your data while you wait. We also offer this service out of business hours but the price will be quoted at the time of contact.

If you suspect your hard drive has failed switch it off immediately and leave it off until you have spoken to a technician. Leaving a failed hard drive running can cause more damage and make data unrecoverable.  If your system has become unresponsive and you are unable to shut it down you can force it to turn off by holding the power button for 5 seconds.
